How do I earn Points?
You earn Points automatically when you use your Skew card for eligible purchases. The number of Points you earn per euro spent depends on your membership level: Basic earns 1x Points, VIP earns 3x Points, Elite earns 4x Points, Prime earns 6x Points, and Legend earns 8x Points.
You also earn Points when you activate your membership (welcome bonus), when you refer friends and when you join promotions.
ATM withdrawals and some types of purchases do not earn Points. Here you can find the full list.

What can I redeem my Points for?
Points can be redeemed in the Skew Shop for Bitrefill gift cards from many popular brands, including Amazon, Uber Eats, Zalando, Airbnb, Lastminute, Netflix, and Carrefour. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
How can I buy Bitrefill gift cards at a 4% discount?
You can buy Bitrefill gift cards directly in the Skew Shop at a 4% discount. Pay using your Skew account balance in USD, EUR, CHF, USDC, or USDT. The 4% savings applies to all active members.
Is it better to save Points and redeem at higher amounts?
Yes. Points are worth more when you use them for higher value gift cards. This is a scaling effect. When you save more Points and redeem them for larger gift cards, each Point gives you more value. Smaller gift cards give standard value, while larger gift cards increase the value of each Point. The more Points you save before redeeming, the more each Point is worth.
Do my Points expire?
Points do not expire while your membership is active. If your membership is closed, your Points expire immediately. Redeem any remaining Points in the Skew Shop before closing your membership so nothing is lost.
Do I earn Points when paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. You earn Points on eligible purchases made with your Skew debit Mastercard when using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Points are based on the type of purchase. Some transactions, such as ATM withdrawals and financial transfers, do not earn Points, no matter how you pay.

The welcome bonus is a one-time Points reward added automatically when you activate your membership. Basic members receive 500 Points, VIP 5.000 Points, Elite 50.000 Points, Prime 250.000 Points, and Legend 500.000 Points.
If you upgrade your membership, you receive the welcome bonus for the higher tier again. The welcome bonus is not given again if you close and reopen the same membership or if you downgrade.

Can I transfer my Points to someone else?
No. Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another Skew account or person. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other monetary value. Points can only be used in the Skew Shop to redeem Bitrefill gift cards.
