If you return a purchase made with your Skew debit card, the points you earned from that purchase may be adjusted.
Here’s how it works:
- Refund = points reversal – When a transaction is refunded, the corresponding Skew Points are removed from your balance.
- Partial refunds – If only part of the purchase is refunded, the points are adjusted based on the refunded amount.
- Timing matters – If you've already redeemed those points before the refund is processed, your account may show a temporary negative points balance.
This keeps the rewards system fair and accurate for everyone.
