Blocking and Reordering a Lost Card

If your Skew card is lost, stolen, or compromised, you can take action right away.

Here’s what to do:

  • Block your card instantly – Log in to your dashboard and click “Block Card” to stop all activity.
  • Reorder a new card – Once blocked, you’ll see the option to request a replacement. You can choose a new virtual or physical card.

Your funds remain safe, and your new card will arrive as soon as possible. If it’s a physical card, you’ll receive tracking information once it ships.

Reminder: Blocking a card is permanent. Once blocked, it can’t be used again.
